Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the previous base zoning district converted to "R-5" Residential Single-Family District. The subject property was developed in 1980 with approximately 28,749 square feet of Office and storage Warehouse structures. An approximately 2,802 square foot addition is proposed to be constructed. The subject property is not platted in its current configuration.
