Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the previous base zoning district converted to "R-4" Residential Single-Family District. On December 4, 2008, Ordinance 2008-12-04-1128 rezoned a portion of the property (Lot 27) to "AE-1" Arts and Entertainment District.
