The Audit Committee will convene in executive session to deliberate the following: the security audits pertaining to the Follow-Up Information Technology Services Department Citrix Security Audit and the Information Technology Services Department Mobile Computing Security Audit, pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.076 (Deliberation regarding Security Devices or Security Audits); and legal issues pertaining to the high profile contracts on this agenda, pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney).
