The following high profile solicitations are scheduled to be released within the next month:
Annual Contract for Custodial and Supplemental Conversion Services at CSF (CSF) - CSF is seeking qualified, professional companies to manage and provide custodial and supplemental conversion/labor services for the Alamodome and Convention Center. Custodial services include cleaning the entire facility and restocking rest rooms. Supplemental conversion/labor refers to additional labor to help City staff in the conversion or transition from one type of event to another at the Facility.

Annual Contract for Elevator and Escalator Preventative Maintenance for Convention and Sports Facilities (CSF) - CSF is seeking qualified contractors to provide a full service maintenance agreement for the Alamodome, Convention Center, Lila Cockrell Theatre and three buildings in Hemisfair Park (University of Mexico, Institute of Mexican Cultures, and Building 277). Preventative Maintenance includes furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, tools, supplies and other expenses necessary to provide a full-service equipment maintenance agreement.
