RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Subdivision plat that consists of a 10.03 acre tract of land, which proposes forty six (46) single family residential lots, three (3) non-single family residential lots, and approximately one thousand one hundred twenty five (1,125) linear feet of public streets.
