SUBJECT: Briefing by CPS Energy on its Enterprise Planning Process and proposed Fiscal Year 2018 Enterprise Financial Plan
SUMMARY: CPS Energy staff will provide a briefing on its Enterprise Planning Process and proposed Fiscal Year 2018 Enterprise Financial Plan
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: CPS Energy will provide information on its integrated enterprise planning process, which combines risk planning, business planning and financial planning, to produce its Fiscal Year 2018 Enterprise Financial Plan. The Enterprise Financial Plan includes sales and revenue projections, uses of revenue, capital plan and related financing plan, and projected key financial metrics as monitored by the ratings agencies. The Fiscal Year 2018 Enterprise Financial Plan will be presented to the CPS Energy Board of Trustees on January 30, 2017 for approval.
