On January 27, 2000, Ordinance 91194, rezoned the property to R-1 Single-Family Residential District. Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the previous base zoning district converted to the "R-6" Single-Family Residential District. Finally, on August 1, 2002 Ordinance 96337 rezoned the property as an "EP-1" Facility Parking/Traffic Control Overlay District.
