Consideration, discussion, and recommendation of a Council Consideration Request to Review and Update Section 35-335 “NCD” Neighborhood Conservation Districts by amending the “NCD-5” Beacon Hill Area Neighborhood Conservation District. In the course of discussion, members may discuss other sections of the UDC or other chapters of City Code.
