Proclamation recognizing April 17-22, 2017 as National Community Development Week
SUMMARY:
Mayor Taylor will be issuing a Proclamation at the Housing Commission Meeting on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 4:00pm to recognize the efforts of partnering agencies and affordable housing developers and acknowledging the work being done locally and nationally by the Community Development Block Grant Program and the HOME Investment Partnerships Program.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
In honor of National Community Development Week (April 17-22, 2017), the City of San Antonio’s Department of Planning & Community Development (DPCD), would like to recognize the efforts of partnering agencies and affordable housing developers who have made it possible to accomplish the goals set forth in the City’s Five Year Consolidated Plan and the CDBG and HOME Programs.
ISSUE:
