RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 44.890 acre tract of land, which proposes four (4) non-single-family residential lots, one hundred and twenty-one (121) single-family residential lots and approximately three thousand three hundred seventy (3,370) linear feet of public streets.
