SUBJECT:                     Pre-Solicitation Briefing for the Airport Integrated Control Center Project

The Transportation and Capital Improvements Department will present a pre-solicitation briefing on the Airport Integrated Control Center Project which was presented in the Annual High Profile Report.  This briefing will allow an opportunity for input and direction from Committee members.    

 

This pre-solicitation briefing will cover estimated contract value, projected timeline, high profile designation, scope of the project, terms of the contract, audited financial statements, proposed scoring criteria, evaluation committee members, project considerations, local preference program applicability, veteran owned small business preference program applicability and SBEDA Program requirements.    

 

The Airport Integrated Control Center Project is seeking a qualified consultant/team to provide professional design services to repurpose building 1840 at the San Antonio International Airport as the new Airport Operations and Administrative Building which will support the new Airport Integrated Control Center (AICC), Airport Emergency Center (AEC), Training Center, office space and other administrative and functional services. The AICC will serve as the primary source of information, communication, and operational flow for all stakeholders providing continuous situational awareness of airside, landside, and terminal operations.
