A 1977 case, Ordinance 48715, zoned the subject property as "I-1"Light Industrial District, "R-4" Manufactured Home, and "B-3" Business District. Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the "B-3"zoning district converted to the current "C-3" General Commercial District and the "R-4"zoning district converted to the current "R-4" Residential Single-Family District.
