RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 42.10 acre tract of land, which proposes ninety-two (92) single-family residential lots and two (2) non-single-family residential lots, approximately four thousand six hundred thirteen (4,613) linear feet of public streets.
