SUMMARY:
Request by Rajeev Puri, Stone Oak Hidden Canyon, L.L.C., for approval of a three (3) year time extension in accordance with Section 35-430(f)2 of the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development code (UDC), for Hidden Canyon Subdivision, Unit 2 P.U.D, generally located southwest of Impala Trace and Sable Canyon. Alternative Actions:
The Planning Commission can Approve, Approve as Amended, or Disapprove the request for time extension, as per section 35-430(f)(2) of the Unified Development Code.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of a three (3) year time extension for completion of the required site improvements in accordance with the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code Section 35-430(f)(2).
