RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Replat and subdivision that consists of 7.071 acre tract of land, which proposes forty-four (44) single-family residential lots, one (1) non-single-family residential lots and approximately one thousand and eighty-five (1,085) linear feet of public streets.
