Disposition: Closure of an improved portion of Britney Circle Public Right of Way located between O'Connor Road and dead-ending into property in NCB 15911


SUMMARY:

An ordinance closing, vacating and abandoning 0.6562 of an acre of improved Britney Circle Public Right of Way, located between O'Connor Road and dead-ending into property in NCB 15911, in Council District 10, as requested by Rockport Family Partnership, Ltd., for a fee of $21,500.00.


BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Rockport Family Partnership, Ltd., Petitioner, is requesting the closure, vacation and abandonment of an improved 0.6562 acre portion (28,586 square feet) of Britney Circle Public Right of Way as shown on attached Exhibit A. If approved, closure would facilitate the development of the Petitioner's abutting property for the construction of a boat and RV storage facility. Petitioner is the sole abutting property owner.


ISSUE:

This ordinance will close, vacate and abandon 0.6562 of an acre of improved Britney Circle Public Right of Way, located between O'Connor Road and dead-ending into property in NCB 15911, in Council District 10, as requested by Rockport Family Partnership, Ltd., for a fee of $21,500.00.

Rockport Family Partnership, Ltd., Petitioner, is requesting the closure, vacation and abandonment of an improved 0.6562 acre portion (28,586 square feet) of Britney Circle Public Right of Way as shown on attached Exhibit A. If approved, closure would facilitate the development of the Petitioner's abutting property for the construction of a boat and RV storage facility. Petitioner is the sole abutting property owner.
