The zoning was changed to "I-1" Light Industry District and "B-3" Business District on January 19, 1978, established by Ordinance 48964. The current "I-1" General Industrial District and "C-3" General Commercial District were converted upon the adoption of the Unified Development Code (Ordinance 93881, dated May 3, 2001).
