The applicant advised that she is there by herself and made an agreement with the neighbors that she was going to fence the property when she changed the zoning on the property. The applicant is requesting to install a six (6) foot predominately open wrought iron fence is to ensure the safety of her property, herself, and the items that the applicant has for sale. Staff noted several similar fences, both in style and height, within the neighborhood during the site visit.
