SUMMARY:
Request by Jay Hanna, LHM Balcones Creek Development, Inc., for approval of a three (3) year time extension in accordance with Section 35-430(f)(2) of the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code (UDC), for Balcones Creek Unit 2B, Enclave, generally located south of the intersection of Balcones Creek and Headwind. The applicant is requesting a time extension due to the decrease in builder demand of this housing / lot thus resulting in project delays.

The Planning Commission approved this plat on December 3, 2014. The plat has not been recorded.
Alternative Actions:
The Planning Commission can Approve, Approve as Amended, or Disapprove the request for time extension, as per section 35-430(f)(2) of the Unified Development Code.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of a three (3) year time extension for completion of the required site improvements in accordance with the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code Section 35-430(f)(2).
