Property History: The subject property is a part of the original 36 square miles of the City of San Antonio and was originally zoned "D" Apartment District. Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the previous base zoning district converted to "MF-33" Multi-Family District. Then in 2003 a large area rezoning, Ordinance 97522, rezoned the property "R-4" Residential Single-Family District.
