SUBJECT:
SEP-HCP Applications for Wells Fargo Parcel 1 - SEP 17-004 and Wells Fargo Parcel 2 - SEP 17-005
SUMMARY:
Consideration and possible action to approve two SEP-HCP applications and issue mitigation determinations to the applicant.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Acreage: 111.90 ac (Parcel 1) and 10.00 ac (Parcel 2).
The project will consist of the development and redevelopment of the Wells Fargo Campus that are part of its existing Wiseman Campus, and the Applicant has requested to participate in the SEP-HCP to mitigate impacts to the SEP-HCP Covered Species from development activities. The draft mitigation determinations detailing the projects are attached and a summary of the mitigation needs are included below.
Neither tract have any golden-cheeked warbler (GCW) or black-capped vireo (BCV) habitat and will not require any GCW or BCV conservation credits. Both parcels are located entirely over Karst Zone 2 and total 121.90 acres (111.90 acres Wells Fargo Parcel 1 and 10.00 acres Wells Fargo Parcel 2). The parcels are not located within any Critical Habitat Units nor are they within 750-ft any occupied features.
Participation in the SEP-HCP for these applications will require the following:
Wells Fargo Parcel 1:
* Karst Zone 1 & 2 participation fee of $111,900.00
* Plan Administration Fee of $11,190.00
Wells Fargo Parcel 2:
* Karst Zone 1 & 2 participation fee of $10,000.00
* Plan Administration Fee of $1,000.00
ISSUE:
The applications have been determined to be complete by staff and by consultants.
ALTERNATIVES:
Failure to approve the applications will result in the mitigation determinations not being issued for the applications.
