SUMMARY:
Appointing Linda Lopez-George and Reappointing Lester W. Bryant to the Goal Setting Committee for the remainder of unexpired terms of office to expire January 18, 2019 which is one year from the date of appointment,
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Economic and Workforce Development Council Committee convened on January 9, 2019 and provided recommendations for appointment to the Goal Setting Committee. The term of office for these appointments is one year from the date of appointment.
ISSUE:
Board appointments require full City Council approval.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION:
In order to proceed with the direction of the Economic and Workforce Development Council Committee, the Office of the City Clerk recommends approval of the Board Appointments.
