RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Replat and Subdivision Plat that consists of 15.69 acre tract of land, which proposes eighty-eight (88) single-family residential lot, one (1) non-single-family residential lots  and approximately two thousand seven hundred thirty-three (2,733) linear feet of public streets.
