The zoning changed to "R-1" Single Family Residence District, established by Ordinance 85112, dated November 7, 1996. Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code (Ordinance 93881, dated May 3, 2001), the zoning "R-1" zoning converted to "R-6" Residential Single-Family District. The current "R-6" changed to include the "PUD" on January 27, 2005, established by Ordinance 100357.
