RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a replat and subdivision plat that consists of a 12.835 acre tract of land, which proposes seventy two (72) single family residential lots, two (2) non-single family residential lots, and approximately two thousand nineteen (2,019) linear feet of public streets.
