ANALYSIS:

The applicant is requesting a time extension in order to fulfill the improvements required by the approval of Brenthurst at the Dominion Phase 2 (PUD).  Said improvements have not been initiated due to economic factors, and the current expiration date for the plat set for March 24, 2018.   

 

Case History:

The Planning Commission approved this plat on March 25, 2015.  The plat has not been recorded. 

 

Alternative Actions:                     

The Planning commission can Approve, Approve as Amended, or Disapprove the request for time extension, as per section 35-430(f)(2) of the Unified Development Code.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a three (3) year time extension for completion of the required site improvements in accordance with the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code Section 35-430(f)(2).
