SUMMARY:
Request by Rajeev Puri, The Panhandle at Brenthurst, LLC., for approval of a three (3) year time extension in accordance with Section 35-430(f)(2) of the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code (UDC), for Brenthurst at the Dominion Phase 2 Planned Unit Development Subdivision, generally located northeast of the intersection of Brenthurst Lane and Via Aragon Road. ANALYSIS:
The applicant is requesting a time extension in order to fulfill the improvements required by the approval of Brenthurst at the Dominion Phase 2 (PUD). Said improvements have not been initiated due to economic factors, and the current expiration date for the plat set for March 24, 2018.
Case History:
The Planning Commission approved this plat on March 25, 2015. The plat has not been recorded.

The Planning commission can Approve, Approve as Amended, or Disapprove the request for time extension, as per section 35-430(f)(2) of the Unified Development Code.
