RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 24.15 acre tract of land, which proposes one (1) non-single-family residential lot, and one hundred fifteen single-family residential lots and approximately three thousand two hundred twenty-four (3,224) linear feet of public streets.
