SUBJECT:                     Pre-Solicitation Briefing for FY 2019 & FY 2020 Human and Workforce Development Consolidated Funding Process

The Department of Human Services will present a pre-solicitation briefing on the FY 2019 & FY 2020 Human and Workforce Development Services Consolidated Funding Process, which was presented in the Annual High Profile Report. This briefing will provide an opportunity for input and direction from Committee members.

 

This pre-solicitation briefing will cover the estimated contract value, projected timeline, high profile designation, scope of the project, terms of the contract, proposed scoring criteria, evaluation committee members, project considerations, local preference program applicability, veteran owned small business preference program applicability and Small Business Economic Development Advocacy Program requirements.

 

The Department of Human Services and the Economic Development Department propose to maximize the ability to improve the quality of life for residents by investing in delegate agencies that provide various services to children, youth, adults, families and seniors through identified long-term outcomes. The Department of Human Services and Economic Development Department seek qualified Respondents that are interested in providing services within these stated outcomes.
