SUBJECT: Pre-Solicitation Briefing for Parking Space Indicators in Long Term Parking Garage at San Antonio International Airport

The Transportation & Capital Improvements Department will present a pre-solicitation briefing on the Parking Space Indicators in Long Term Parking Garage at San Antonio International Airport which was presented in the Annual High Profile Report. This briefing will allow an opportunity for input and direction from Committee members.
This pre-solicitation briefing will cover estimated contract value, projected timeline, high profile designation, scope of the project, terms of the contract, proposed scoring criteria, evaluation committee members, project considerations and SBEDA Program requirements.
Transportation & Capital Improvements is seeking a contractor to install parking indicators and motion/sensors in the existing long-term parking garage, which will integrate with the parking space indicator systems currently installed in the short term garage at the San Antonio International Airport. The addition of a new parking indicator system in the existing long-term parking garage will dramatically improve the customer experience by providing direction and guidance to available parking spaces, including ADA spaces.
