RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 14.83 acre tract of land, which proposes forty-eight (48) single-family residential lots, three (3) non-single-family residential lots, and approximately two thousand five hundred thirty-three (2,533) linear feet of public streets.
