SUMMARY:
Request by Travis Elseth, KFW Engineers & Surveying, for approval of a three (3) year time extension in accordance with Section 35-430(f)2 of the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development code (UDC), for Elm Valley Unit 2, generally located southwest of Medina Base Road and Five Palms Drive. ANALYSIS:
The applicant is requesting a time extension due to recent change in ownership which needs to be reflected on the plat prior to recordation. Site improvements have begun on the project.
Case History:
The Planning Commission approved this plat on March 11, 2015. The plat has not been recorded.
Alternative Actions:
The Planning Commission can Approve, Approve as Amended, or Disapprove the request for time extension, as per section 35-430(f)(2) of the Unified Development Code.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of a three (3) year time extension for completion of the required site improvements in accordance with the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code Section 35-430(f)(2).
