The property was rezoned from "F" to "G" Local Retail District by Ordinance 14992, dated May 24, 1951. The "G" converted to "B-3" Business District with the adoption of the 1965 Unified Development Code (UDC), established by Ordinance 33412, dated June 28, 1965.The property was a part of a large-area rezoning where the property was changed from "B-3" to "B-2" Business District by Ordinance 79329, dated December 16, 1993. The property converted from "B-3" to the current "C-2" Commercial District with the adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code (UDC), established by Ordinance 93881, on May 3, 2001.
