RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 27.548 acre tract of land, which proposes sixty-six (66) single-family residential lots, one (1) non-single-family residential lots, and approximately one thousand five hundred thirty-five (1,535) linear feet of public streets.
