RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 10.00 acre tract of land, which proposes forty-five (45) single-family lots and one (1) non-single-family residential lot, and approximately one thousand four hundred thirty (1,430) linear feet of public streets.
