ANALYSIS:

The applicant is requesting a three (3) year time extension in order to fulfill the improvements required and execute a modified Utility Service Agreement (USA) acceptable to SAWS.  Said modifications have started on construction; however, have halted due to the current expiration date of the plat set for June 1, 2018.   

 

Case History:

The Planning Commission approved this plat on June 2, 2015.  The plat has not been recorded. 

 

Alternative Actions:                     

The Planning commission can Approve, Approve as Amended, or Disapprove the request for time extension, as per section 35-430(f)(2) of the Unified Development Code.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a three (3) year time extension for completion of the required site improvements in accordance with the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code Section 35-430(f)(2).
