RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 14.43 acre tract of land, which proposes seventy-two (72) single-family residential lots, three (3) non-single-family residential lots, and approximately two thousand five hundred seventy-eight (2,578) linear feet of public/private streets.
