Executive Summary
The subject property is located at 2331 Clower Street, approximately 95' west of Muriel Avenue. Code Enforcement initiated this case on April 18th, 2018 due to setback violations. The applicant is requesting to keep a carport built without permits within the side and front setbacks.
The property has a history of building without permits: a second carport was constructed in the rear between 2016 and 2018 and a building addition to the primary structure was built in the rear between January and December of 2015. Neither construction had permits issued.
