Property History: The properties were a part of the original 36-square miles of San Antonio and were zoned "F" Local Retail District. The property was part of a large area rezoning and was changed from "F" to "R-2" Two Family Residence District by Ordinance 70785, dated December 14, 1989. The property converted form "R-2" to the current "RM-4" with the adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code (UDC), established by Ordinance 93881, on May 3, 2001.
