The property was zoned "LL" First Manufacturing District which converted to "I-2" Heavy Industrial District upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, established by Ordinance 93881, dated May 3, 2001. The current "RE S" Residential Estate District changed from the previous "I-2" base zoning district, established by Ordinance 101745, dated November 17, 2005.
