SUMMARY:
This item includes a follow-up to Strategic Planning efforts.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
During a January 2018 Board Retreat, the Board engaged in strategic planning by developing Big Promises that would guide the organization’s work over the next three years. The Board continued strategic planning efforts during the June 19, 2018 meeting by developing SMART goals for the Big Promises. Pre-K 4 SA staff recently convened to review the Big Promises and identify potential strategic actions that align with the SMART goals.
ISSUE:
This item will provide the Board with an update on the status after the internal planning, review Board work from the June 19, 2018 meeting, and allow time to complete SMART goals activities.
