At-Large Citizen Representative Category Appointments to the San Antonio Economic Development Corporation (3 Slots)
SUMMARY:
Appointing Sylvia Lopez Gaona, Christopher Rosas and reappointing Michael T. Dwyer to the San Antonio Economic Development Corporation Citizen Representative Category for the remainder of unexpired terms of office to expire May 31, 2020.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Economic and Workforce Development City Council Committee convened on August 7, 2018 to review and recommend appointments to fill three (3) At-Large Citizen Representative Category slots on the San Antonio Economic Development Corporation.
ISSUE:
Board appointments require full City Council approval.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION:
In order to proceed with the direction of the City Council, the Office of the City Clerk recommends approval of the Board Appointments.
