Property History: The property was a part of the original 36-square miles of San Antonio and were zoned "D" Apartment District. The property was part of a large area rezoning and was changed from "D" to "R-1" One-Family Residence District by Ordinance 86704, dated September 25, 1997. The property converted form "R-1" to the current "R-6" with the adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code (UDC), established by Ordinance 93881, on May 3, 2001.
