The property was rezoned from "B" to "B-1" Business District and "B-2NA" Business Nonalcoholic Sales District by Ordinance 61136, dated August 1, 1985. The property was rezoned from "B-1" and "B-2NA" to "B-2" Business District by Ordinance 64796, dated March 26, 1987.
