Property History: The subject property was annexed into the City of San Antonio on September 25, 1952, established by Ordinance 18115. The property was zoned "I-1" Light Industry District, established by Ordinance 55013, dated March 4, 1982. The zoning changed to "I-2 CC" Heavy Industry District with special City Council Approval for an automobile salvage yard, established by Ordinance 78658, dated September 9, 1883. The current "I-2" Heavy Industrial District converted upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, established by Ordinance 93881, dated May 3, 2001.
