SUBJECT: Consideration of Completed High Profile Solicitation

The following high profile project has completed the solicitation process. This item is presented to the Audit and Accountability Committee for review prior to full City Council for consideration.

Annual Contract for Water Treatment for Municipal Pools (Parks) - Department issued a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal for a contractor to provide a comprehensive water management program required for ornamental water fountains, splash pads, and swimming pools to include all necessary chlorine and pH control chemicals. The water management program will incorporate chlorinators, acid pumps, chemical controllers and related services in order to maintain and control the water quality levels and standards required by Federal, State and local Health codes.
