This item will include a recap of the 2019 Strategic Planning Retreat and a program overview.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Board of Directors meets each January to conduct a strategic planning retreat to guide the calendar year.
ISSUE:
The Board of Directors convened on January 28 for the 2019 Strategic Planning Retreat to review the initial impact study of Pre-K 4 SA, participate in a strategic planning work session, and discuss next steps for the program to include the potential SB 1882 agreement with Edgewood ISD. This item will include a program overview, recap of outcomes from the retreat, and plans for 2019.
