ANALYSIS:

The applicant is requesting a time extension in order to fulfill the improvements required by the approval of Green Mountain 10A. Said improvements have not been initiated due to economic facts, and the current expiration date for the plat is set for April 13, 2019.

Case History:

The Planning Commission approved this plat on April 13, 2016. The plat has not been recorded.

 

Alternative Actions:

The Planning Commission can Approve, Approve as Amended, or Disapprove the request for time extension, as per section 35-430(f)(2) of the Unified Development Code.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a three (3) year time extension for completion of the required site improvements in accordance with the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code Section 35-430(f)(2).
