ANALYSIS:

The applicant is requesting a time extension due to an unforeseen occurrence with the engineering of street named Dry Moss Pass within the subdivision.  The problem has been corrected and properly documented. Said improvements have not been initiated due to economic factors, and the current expiration date for the plat set for March 23, 2019.   

 

Case History:

The Planning Commission approved this plat on March 23, 2016.  The plat has not been recorded. 

 

Alternative Actions:                     

The Planning commission can Approve, Approve as Amended, or Disapprove the request for time extension, as per section 35-430(f)(2) of the Unified Development Code.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a three (3) year time extension for completion of the required site improvements in accordance with the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code Section 35-430(f)(2).
