RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of a 37.78 acre tract of land, which proposes one hundred twenty five (125) single family residential lots, five (5) non-single family residential lots, and approximately  five thousand eight hundred seventy four (5,874) linear feet of public streets.
