Board Appointment
SUMMARY:
Mayor Nirenberg is requesting the following appointments be made. All City Councilmembers will serve terms of office to be concurrent with their term of office:
Appointing District 3 Councilmember Rebecca J. Viagran and District 4 Councilmember Dr. Adriana Rocha Garcia to the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 28 Verano for the remainder of unexpired terms of office to expire May 31, 2021.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
At the beginning of each City Council Term, the Mayor makes appointments to Boards and Commissions.
ISSUE:
Recommendations submitted require approval by the entire City Council.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION:
In order to proceed with said appointments, the Office of the City Clerk recommends approval.
